We need to go to a "Lifestyle Tax". The person who lives the lifestyle of a "Millionaire", should pay a millionaire's taxes. The person who lives the life of a "Pauper", should have to pay a pauper's amount of taxes. I believe that the FairTax, as written, does exactly this and that is what makes it "Fair".
