See I get that many here didn't like Chavez's politics and he was a dictator that infringed upon the rights of his people, but seeing people fawning over his death and expressing joy that he may be in Hell is just not right. If anyone goes to Hell it is a tragedy because that person is lost forever and will be separated from God's love. Again that's not something to celebrate, that's something to feel pity for.

Maybe you just haven't been subjected to the kind of pain a dictator like Chavez brings upon his own people, en masse.

Maybe if you were one of the those people, or if you knew one of them personally, or you could understand how many Venezuelans he has starved, overworked, and sent into desperate poverty and oppression you would understand why so many of us are glad he's gone and hope and pray his successor is saner, compassionate, and humane.

Chavez' soul is what he made of it. But the living Hell he imposed on his countrymen was his doing, not theirs.

There should be a special place in Hell for Chavez and his ilk.
