Actually Chris, Doug is correct. Mr. Ransom is a professional writer, hopefully with professional editing and proofreading. Typos do count whether they keep me from understanding the point or not. The one that drives me crazy the most is using "loose" when they mean "lose" as written by Bernard83 in an earlier reply. Is that "just" a typo, or incorrect word choice, or just plain bad spelling. If you expect to be taken seriously, accuracy counts, otherwise you look like you're sloppy or worse incompetent.

Hey Bloomberg, your kids can't read or do math but you're worried about them being too fat. I think the real reason nanny Bloomberg is banning things like salt and large sodas is because there's no union to fight. If Bloomberg took on the real problems of NYC he would have to fight the unions and he would not win no matter how right he is. He has no real political courage.

Let's not ignore the obvious. What the heck was a 6 year old doing at a midnight showing of any movie let alone that particular movie. While I feel for the parents of the child, why wasn't that child at home, safely tucked in bed, with a babysitter, if both parents felt that it was soooo important to be at that showing of Batman.
