Yesterday on MSNBC's The Cycle, co-host Toure (who has a history of making everything about race) said the use of the word "angry" by Mitt Romney in response to Joe Biden saying "they're going to put ya'll back in chains" to an audience in a city with a 48 percent black population, is the "niggerization" of President Obama.
