What is implied by saying Allah is not God is that Allah described in the Qur'an is a description that is different than God described in the Bible. The word allah means god in Arabic, but that is not the argument. The Qur'an and Bible have two totally different descriptions for their deity. Allah describes Satan's character in my opinion: dishonesty, violence, carnality, brutality, capriciousness.
