I heard Powell give a speech supporting conservative principles. After that, he endorsed Obama twice even though Obama is one of the most left leaning presidents ever. Theory: Powell endorsed Obama because of the color of his skin. Powell is a racist.

You are absolutely correct. My entire family was devastated by his FINAL plunge into traitorism: Republicans over a lifetime of his career advanced him and loved him; however, in to end he votes for SKIN. Huh?????

His reversal without any "lookback" repentence was totally shocking. My family was devastated. We held him in the highest esteem; however, again............., in the end he negated his patriotism and voted ONLY for "skin" without a thought for the beloved Country that loved and served him so very well.

Yesterday former Secretary of State Colin Powell told illegal magazine toter and Meet the Press host David Gregory that the Republican Party is having an "identity crisis" and said there is a "dark vein of intolerance" inside the GOP. He accused leaders in the Party of using "code words" to put down minorities as if his own "dark vein" reference wasn't code for something. He predictably slammed Sarah Palin and portrayed birthers as an influentail sector of the Republican Party (they're not).

On the birther thing, I'd like to remind...
