When our next House elections come around, Democrats will have chanted over and over about the way the Republican House has blocked everything they have tried to push forward. The mess the economy will be in will be the Republican's fault. The liberal media will feel Democrats have established their charge simply by having repeated it over and over and they will then find it justified to raise that same subject as though it is a valid charge against Republicans. The media will then reinforce that charge. Americans already dislike Congress because they don't work together, Democrats will simply misdirect that frustration onto Republicans.

President Obama just wrapped up his first press conference since being re-elected for a second term last week and the first he’s given since August.  He opened with remarks about the economy as the fiscal cliff looms, but addressed a variety of topics.

“There’s only one way to solve these challenges and that is to do it together,” Obama said. “We’ve got to work out our differences.”
