Cigarette smokers are already paying their "fair" share of additional healthcare costs. Name one state that has not added additional taxes to every pack of cigarettes sold to offset the health costs to the state that smokers incur. That seems like double and triple taxation. What about smokers that have no representation in Washington. Isn't that taxation without representation?
