You seem to forget that Obama has already had control of everything....including the House and still controls 2/3 of the legislative process. He's made a mess of this country even with record spending on his part. No....I don't think Bush can be blamed for that....he didn't have complete control like Obama did and wasn't in office when Obama squandered the trillions that he has borrowed.
