i put forward that when they drive all the existing doctors out of the medical profession and require a substantial amount of new ones to replace them for the government healthcare; don't be too surprised if by fiat, affirmative action provides them. of course, those that may or may not want to become physicians will have to be unionized and serve within their communities for a few years to help pay for their schooling. everyone wins except the american free enterprise system and of course us. gosh, i hope my doctor 10 years from now has at least passed biology in high school and was not educated to meet some pass through quota. with the way the education system just passes through anyone...
