This bill omits 85% of U.S. gun owners, who live in the very populous Democrat/liberal anti-gun states of: IL, CA, NJ, MD, MA, RI, CT and NY. Gun owners in these Dem/liberal anti-gun states cannot get a HOME RESIDENT carry permit. This bill only allows gun owners with HOME RESIDENCE CARRY PERMITS carry in other states. Gun owners in these pro gun states can at least get a HOME STATE permit and carry in the state they live in! The majority of gun owners cannot get a home resident carry permit, so they are left out and this also does not include non-resident carry permits! This bill leaves out the VAST MAJORITY OF GUN OWNERS IN AMERICA!
