There is only one good thing happening in Libya, and that is the destruction of Russian arms that will soon be in the hands of Al Qaeda sympathizers. In my meager researches on the subject I have come up with a couple of things. We as Americans protect the under-dogs of this world, it is only right to help those who can't help themselves. Our nation is now helping our mortal enemy that is sworn to their god Allah that they will kill us, and Israel, we are now standing on the wrong side of history. They are not naive they are setting it up. Once Libya is done, the Palestinians will take to the streets and demand that Europe and the US protect them as they did the libyans. It is all an evil dirty trick.

Truth if your assertions ( and they are true) aside, Since this was a crime with multiple witnesses, comitted in a public space, probably memorialized on video to boot, a speedy trial, like TOMORROW, followed by a swift sentencing and, and a hasty execution would send a message to other would-be "fame" seekers, and save us all a lot of extra grief. It might even be constitutional.
