I'll answer that one...YES. And the consequences exist and are felt, usually throughout the "mother's" life.

What's Obamamania?

Yes, Mr. Obama has really done all those things, and even though his approval ratings are dropping, there is still sufficient support for so many of his socialist ideas. I don't understand this at all. Where is the outcry? Let's simply admit, as a nation, that we made a mistake and get rid of this administration before it can take us down any further.
They cannot even run a 3 billion dollar cash for clunkers program! Dealers aren't being paid, cars can't be delivered, customers are in an uproar. And they think they can run our health care system to the tune of how many billions of dollars, remind me? I DON'T THINK SO!
Currently the government is administering a Cash for Clunkers program to the tune of a whopping 3 Billion Dollars. This is a lot of money for most of us, but to the government it is a very tiny program. And they can't get it right! Dealers aren't being paid, cars can't be delivered, customers are left hanging. So now the government wants us to let them run our health care system? I DON'T THINK SO!

ObamaCare: Does It Cover 'Stupidity'?

Do we REALLY have to overhaul an entire system that seems to work just fine for at least 75 - 95% of Americans? Can't we just do something to help the other 5 - 25% who actually could use some help? As I see it, most of the people that fill this "uninsured" group have many reasons for their situation. Many are eligible for existing plans and some just exercise their right to not purchase a plan of their own. We will all be thrown into the same pot when this plan is put in place and it won't be a good one. Small businesses will be unable to sustain themselves and they are the country's foremost provider of JOBS! Doctors and new medicines will become scarce and the overwhelming influx of new patients will completely crush the system.

I do believe in choice. A woman has the choice to have sex or not have sex, to use contraception or not use contraception, to keep a baby or give it to someone who wants him/her. But to be able to choose to murder her baby because it is inconvenient is horrendous. This minimizing of human value pervades our society as children are considered less than human and they begin killing each other. Does anyone believe this does NOT stem from this reduction in human value?
