Obama's Capital Gain Hypocrisy

Small businesses DON'T PAY capital gains taxes (unless they're selling off the business assets). They pay INCOME TAXES, either personal or corporate, which happen to be at a substantially higher rate.
So Obama uttered a worthless, untrue feel-good sweet nothing that made no sense, in any case.
It's unlikely in this Obama economy, that many businesses could sell their assets at a gain, anyway!
