It's actually kind of scary, lets face it, you have five people who can determine what is ok or not ok. It's clear the majority of Americans want the law repealed, but, because the system has become so political, throwing out the mandate should be a no brainer, it's possible the judges could rule in favor of the administration. What is really sad is that we wasted so much valuable time on a piece of legislation that the majority doesn't want and money we don't have on trying to get it implemented.

Today's the day: the Supreme Court is mere hours away from issuing its most consequential ruling since Roe v. Wade. The Affordable Care Act is on the chopping block, so to get the blood flowing, here's a rundown of some popular theories for how the whole thing will play out.
