Virginia & New Jersey have elections for Governor this fall. Big bellweather trends could develop after the results come in. The Republican candidates have double-digit leads heading into the fall. Virginia is a recent blue state wanting to come back. New Jersey is ready to fall due to the excessive tax rates.
