Part of the issue is the world view that all people are basically good and if given an opportunity to better themselves their behavior will change; put them in a better neighborhood and they will behave better. As has already been shown time and time again, this is not the case and the great liveral thinkers of the day need to rethink their world view.

This is also the theory behind the "everyone should be able to own their own home" idea that just about destroyed the world economy. The Dems always blame the Bush Administration for the economic problems we have. It was the Federal Government in Washington, going back to the Clinton Administration, that caused the problem. It just came to a head during the latter days of the Bush years. The home loans to people who did not qualify them caused the problem. The massive defaults came to a head during the late Bush years had been snowballing for years. The philisophy behind "everyone should own a home" is the essense of Obaminism.
Apparently the soaring national debt and the threat of a nuclear Iran are not enough to occupy the government's time, because the Obama administration is pushing to force Westchester County, N.Y., to create more low-income housing, in order to mix and match classes and races to fit the government's preconceptions.

Behind all this busy work for bureaucrats and ideologues is the idea that there is something wrong if a community does not have an even or random distribution of various kinds of people.
