Radical Muslims' evil is not done in the name of God, but of Allah. "Allah" is not "God"…to Muslims, thus to me. Allah is an entirely separate deity.

Indeed, who would make that determination, and at whose expense? Plus, if worse results were produced, what mechanism would there be to overturn the flawed ruling? Look at the Kelo case. The basis was that more tax revenue would (should?) be generated. It didn't happen. Are they going to rebuild the lady's house and install her back in it?

What was California's financial condition when Reagan became governor? I recall that the state was losing a million dollars a day. After Reagan beat Gov. Moonbeam's dad, he went to Sacramento and imposed…Reaganism. So, what effect did Reaganism have on California's financial situation?

"Reconciliation" is insufficiently vague, in that its context and purpose are left out.

The full term, correctly used by Dr. Krauthammer in his piece, in "budget reconciliation."
