Way to continue sounding completely out of touch, LaPierre! With a flip of his blonde forelock, the NRA mad man looked for all the world like a caricature of himself. You could not SCRIPT a better self-implosion than that. Like I told Katie Pavlich: if you love your assault weapons so much, ENLIST. Put that compensation for whatever you're lacking to use and actually fight on the front line. Now that women are allowed in combat, EVEN BETTER....Katie, Carol, Michelle Malkin, Ann Coulter. Get your guns and go do something FOR the country for a change.

President Obama’s inaugural address was arguably one of the most liberal speeches he’s ever delivered—but one line in particular drew the ire of NRA’s Wayne LaPierre:  “We cannot mistake absolutism for principle, or substitute spectacle for politics, or treat name-calling as reasoned debate.”
