Let's see. Amendment 14, Section 1:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Mr. Rubio was born in the United States (not naturalized), and is subject to the jurisdiction thereof. That makes him a natural-born (not naturalized) citizen, and therefore eligible.

Obama is perhaps the most divisive President in modern U.S. history. The country is in severe economic crisis -- history books will someday call this the Obama Great Depression.
