With the total exclusion of Congress One State, any State, Legislature ratifies and sends on to other 49 States the following amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Sec 1. The 17th amendment is hereby repealed. Sec. 2. The U.S. Senate is composed of one senator per State and serves at the pleasure of the State Legislature. Sec. 3. All Federal Judges serve a three year term. Short, sweet, achieveable but hard to get the ball rolling. Will allow State Legislators to control the government while the State Legislators are controled by local voters on very small scale.
