If we have to live in fear after signing any petition, then we've lost our freedom and then it's time to take the fight further down the road. Which may be complete Resistances to anything government.

Unfortunately, if such a thing happens, we may also have to include the houses of Congress. They are clearly in callusion with Obama. They are as much our enemy as he is. Obama is the problem and our "lawmakers" are part of the problem.

That is exactly what we have to do. States need to refuse to implement bozocare in order to nullify it. States need to assert their first amendment right and tell DC what to do with all their damn rules and regulations. The bloated train needs to back up and regroup.
