No, there's only one structural problem with the nation: it's the sovereign, We the People. The sovereign is a lazy, wicked, and irresponsible ruler, unwilling to learn and acknowledge the reality of the nation's Foundational Law. If we actually followed the Constitution, and insisted that the legislators and executives we hire to run the nation follow it, all would be well. Term limits would be unnecessary. Federal involvement with education would end. The debt would be dealt with as the economy boomed, businesses of all sizes thriving since grossly unConstitutional Fed agencies/regs/laws would no longer be throwing not sand but boulders into the gears of the economy. The poor would greatly benefit from increased employment and entrepreneurial opportunities they are now unjustly denied. Freedom would reign. But We the People are a wicked sovereign. We won't follow our own Law, and haven't been for many decades. This does not end well. Guns and ammo, land and friends.
