U.S. Allowed Terrorists on No-Fly List to Buy Guns

Of course, we don't want terrorists to buy guns. But there are several problems with this column. Not everyone on the terror watch list or the no-fly list is a terrorist. Jeffrey makes the assumption that "many" of the people on these lists are foreign nationals. But he has, by his own admission, no numbers to back up his assumption.... How does a person end up on the lists? Who is on the lists? The process is apparently mysterious, and Jeffrey makes no mention of it. Here in America, we have this thing called due process.
