Yep.. a true LEADER would have been able to get others to join him to pass the right legislation and block the wrong legislation. It's a question of leadership - and Ron Paul fails that test.

If Ron Paul had gone to Washington and sponsored only 1 bill, of which 1 was passed into law, then his record would be something to be proud of. Instead, his record is 1 for 620, which you've shown is less than stellar. Ron Paul's deficit has always been leadership. No one has ever doubted his commitment, his zeal, or his dedication. But when it comes to leadership - Ron Paul has simply never had the ability to convince others to come around to his way of thinking in large enough numbers to make a difference in the Congress where he has spent so much of his life. It's a question of leadership - and in that measure, Ron Paul fails miserably.
