It is rather interesting to note that the liberals voted against the ruling in this case. The conservatives are the judges who voted aganst the limitation of McCain Feingold.
Is that not counter to the conventional thinking that the conservatives are the ones who object to freedom? I note that the only other time I recently have noticed this phenomenon was when the liberals on the court all voted for the power of government to take land from individuals and give it to corporations in Kelo. Kind of a puzzlement isn't it? Even moreso is noting that the conservitives on the court are aligned with the ACLU on this matter.
