I'd like to update my previous comment summarizing why we conservatives have lost our country -we are gutless, while the liberals are ruthless. What do Ann and Mit Romney do after the Red Cross runs an Obama ad? They ask people to give money to the Red Cross. Do you think that Obama would have made the same pitch for the Red Cross if they had run a Romney ad? That pretty much summarize how the liberals took over the country. This was the most important election in our lives and we have lost it.

At VERY least they should have also mentioned the Salvation Army and Samaritans Purse. I for one will never give another dime to the American Red (double)Cross.

I just emailed Red Cross and said I and all my friends here in So. Cal will make sure to send our donations to Salvation Army. How dare they play partisan the weekend before the election? Why not use actual victims of the storm, or turncoat Christie? I'd rather see him ask for help for his state. I saw this twice on Fox tonight and thought why would O pay for ads on Fox then saw it was RC and appalled. Never give this organization another dime. They SHOULDN'T BE IN POLITICS AT ALL and lost their cred with me and millions of others. I actually emailed them a complaint. Go to their site and hit "contact us."

On Friday night, swing-voters across the nation saw a one-minute advertisement paid for by the Red Cross featuring President Barack Obama.

The ad comes on the weekend before the election, and while the Red Cross does unquestionable good for millions of Americans, the choice to run this ad comes noticeably close to a campaign endorsement for President Obama.

Here’s the transcript from the ad:

When a natural disaster strikes, it can leave tens of thousands of families in need of help, and it can also bring out the best in the American people....
