Ann usually is more clear-headed than this. She claims to be a Constitutionist and a Tea Party supporter, yet she is supporting Romney only for his electibility. I don't think she has sold out "for pieces of silver" like some other smart-@#$% have claimed here. She, like all the rest of us, really just wants to beat the Great Liar.

I love Ann, but she struck out on this by a country mile. I understand Mitt's argument that states can try things that the Fed govt. can't. But Obamacare has many other problems, and Mitt won't be able to wash his hands on this one. He sent the consults down to DC. Besides being unconstitutional, the glaring problem with Obamacare is that it was passed in violation of existing law stating that all new legislation must pay for itself: be revenue neutral. You can't have a law "collect" money for 7 years and then state it is revenue neutral when it goes into effect the last 3 years of the 10 year cycle. It's called cooking the books.

Exactly right. If you say ANYTHING about the illogic of any stance the Dems espouse, you are racist or anti-gay. So why can't the Repubs say that since the Dems are attacking the Constitutional foundations of our personal liberties that they are Anti-Constitutional?

If you are a Liberal making excuses for this mob just ask yourself some questions: If this is a grass-roots movement, then why was the head of a VERY influential union talking about it MONTHS ago? Why is the main street media behind this movement and not the other grass-roots movement (the tea party) unless it is blind adherence to the Liberal dogma? Why is that same media JUST now exposing Fast and Furious MONTHS after it was documented? (Prosecute Eric Holder now.) What exactly does a community organizer do, and who pays them to do it? Why does The Candidate have to lie to get elected? He lied to me (and decent Americans) about full disclosure. He lied to you about Gitmo, getting out of the war, and many other things
