What is all of this "behind closed doors sh!t? Wasn't this supposed to be the government of transparency promised to us by Candidate Hussein in 2008? Fulfill the promise. Put this on PBS and CSPAN so everyone can see it.

All Nixon's hearing were on television. Remember Iran-contra? All the hearings were on television. This president does not want we the people to know what is going on behind closed doors.

I think he tried, but the Republican opposition and attempts to score political points all the time distracted him from properly governing. It's a shame it turned out this way, but the Republicans said the night he was elected that they'd do everything they could to make him a one term President and oppose everything. If you were in that situation, what would you do?

The Republicans haven't opposed him. The spineless Boehner has caved to every Obama demand. Additionally, this was after Obama had a House and a filibuster proof majority in the Senate for two years when he could have gotten anything he wanted. Your question is invalid and not supported by the facts.

Barry epitomizes the old joke, "How can you tell if a politician's lying? His lips are moving."

In closed-door sessions, lawmakers got their most comprehensive account to date of what happened on the ground in Benghazi on September 11, a senior intelligence official told CNN. They also heard an explanation as to what U.S. officials were doing behind the scenes to respond, the official said, adding that the presentation would clarify some mischaracterizations about the nature of the attack.
