He doesn't need congress any more. He is going to do what he needs to do by executive order or he will command the changes through the EPA, ICE, etc.........

As President, he has powers distinct from the legislative process. There is no doubt about it, and Bush, Reagan, Ford, Nixon, Ike, would all agree with him. Tough luck for you. Next time, actually win the election instead of pretending like you were going to.

AL, stop being a PUTZ! The Legislative process does not take back seat to the President regardless of his dictator complex. You point to Republican presidents that utilized executive orders, but they still respected and abided by the Legislative process as well. If Obama believes he can push through whatever he wants via EO's, then you and he will have a rude awakening. Next time, make sure that you win majorities both houses of Congress if you want carte blanche.
