I agree with the "good idea, but" comments.

The site is already a mess of incomprehensible gibberish mixed with duplicate and triplicate ideas and only some coherent content.

Tune up your technology. Require registration with cell# confirmed via text message so there's no bulk-registering by those with multiple email addresses and an ax looking for a place to grind it.

Require approval of ideas so that there are not multiple postings on the same idea and no babbling diatribes pushing some point of view or other.
