Gerson pretends that William Duranty was a fair and objective journalist when covering the Soviets. The fact is that they have always preferred the left; it's just that today it is plainly obvious. There are even organizations that routinely report on media bias. To blame the internet on the further tilt of the alphabet news channels and about every major newspaper leftward even as their audience declines is disingenuous. Gerson suggests that the internet has obliged Katie Couric et al to go left, which is ridiculous. Thank God for Rush and Fox, for without them we would still be propagandized with leftism and scarcely notice it.

Thomas didn't mention that Eugenics was science embraced by government, or that Margaret Sanger promoted abortion as a means to control the black population. Listen to the global warm mongers and hear them mention the need to enforce a world-wide one-child policy on the Chinese model.
