John, Coulter could have made a better argument for traditional marriage. If, on principle, we should redefine marriage, then name any argument for redefining it to include homosexual couples that would not equally apply to consenting adults in an incestuous relationship, or in a relationship of more than three people. If you do not think that consenting siblings should be recognized as married by our government, but cannot articulate a limiting principle, then you are inconsistent. If you do believe that marriage should be nationally legalized for all those groups, then you should be honest and say just how much you want to redefine marriage, because plenty of these young people support gay marriage due to the emotional arguments.
