The best way to honor Ted's legacy is to take the money to be given to his memorial and use it to set up and conduct swimming lessons for young women, especially those that get jobs in D.C. or on political campaigns.

The AP reports today that New York state's tax receipts for the most recent year, and after the surcharges and surtaxes on the rich, dropped by over 20%. This was predicted by conservatives before the tax the rich scheme was adopted by the blind shiek of the Empire State.
