Does Race Trump Self Interest?

I think that many blacks looked to Obama as a sign of progress for them. The repeated election of a white man had not solved the problems with the ghettos of Chicago and New York. The only problem with relying on a mans color is that the skin is just the facade covering person, not what the person is. Until the black community becomes a force in politics they will not truly find progress. To become a force they must not sell their vote to one party. Why would the Dems need to help them, they'll get their vote anyway. They can continue to claim they are for black progress and throw out a few bones but beyond that they will do nothing real such as school choice because that would offend a more volatile electorate, the unions.
Because the Jews in this country overwhelmingly support Obama I am wondering why I should care what happens to Israel. If these folks won´t look out for themselves then I do not wish to lose the blood of my sons for a bunch of people who don´t seem to care either. Then maybe American Jews and Israel are truly two different things. Good luck Israel.
Unfortunately Republicans voting for vouchers will not garner them support from the black electorate. The black electorate will still vote Democratic so what is to be politically gained or lost weighs into the decision of the vote. They understand that and therefore vote for bills based upon where they can garner support. That is the nature of politics and unfortunately is so derogatory to the welfare of the citizens overall. This won´t change until voters cast their ballot based on program support and not party affiliation. I have heard "I hate the Republicans", or "I hate the Democrats" so often that I see nothing changing for a long time, if ever.

Exceptionalism Is Key for Mitt

And why did Obama outspend Hillary and lambasted her with negative adds to the point of POing Bill. Why did Obama outspend McCain and lambasted him with negative adds. Oh, to win of course. Put your brain in gear and think, if you are able. Quit being so partisan and come to your opinions with thought, not talking points. And in our schools "exceptional ism" is being discouraged because it make others feel bad.
