I'm old enough to remember Watergate very well, Yes I'm old, but I remember when Nixon tried to pull the same thing and the court ruled that the president could not use executive privledge to protect himself against an investigation unless he could show it was a matter of National Security. Since this is a crime that involves Law enforcment, I don't see how Obama's claim to executive privledge will hold water.
I can't remember which rich guy from the before WW 2 that said this because I'm getting old, but I remember reading an interview with him and when he was asked as being one of the richest people in the USA why he was a Liberal, I remember him saying " I'm a Liberal because rich people hate competition, and liberals are willing to take my money and makes laws and regulations to destroy all of my competitors".
