OUST the pols who enact unconstitutional laws? we should be shooting them. then the others learn FAST to NOT do that, ever. We need to enact Judicial Review. no law goes into effect until it's passed Constitutional muster.

Jay, while I agree that passing an obviously unconstitutional law should be viewed as treasonous, shooting them would only lead to more attempts to outlaw firearms than we are seeing now. Maybe it would be better if we, in addition to your idea of Judicial Review (although we can't be guaranteed that will even work), enforce the ideal that Congress shall make no law exempting themselves or any others from it's "benefits". That way we can at least be assured that they would only be able to inflict those benefits on us if they must also endure them.

So Congress is not going to pass gun legislation. It doesn’t sound as if they need to worry about it as the President is all too willing to take care of that for them. And New York has a deal in the works to begin limiting firearms.

And Chuck Schumer is asking for an end to gun sales until Congress can find a way to limit gun sales. If anyone is still mind-numbingly stupid enough to remain in the State of New York under the leadership of a bunch Hugo Chavez wanna-be’s, hey they are free to screw...
