not necessarily registered,because most US states DON'T have registration,but LAWFULLY owned guns. IIRC,most guns used (in the US) criminally were not legally owned or possessed by the violator. People who have concealed carry permits are the most law-abiding segment of society,proven over many years of CC and extremely low rates of permit revocation,in EVERY US state that issues permits.
Bob Costas, just a few days after giving a cultural soliloquy during a halftime break regarding the murder/suicide of Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher, and the need to eradicate our society from guns, has managed to continue his elitist climb, claiming that the "audience" is to blame for the follow-up brouhaha about his comments.
