What next the GOP will take credit for 2012 and 2016? The Tea Party and common sense people deserves credit for not allowing the Daley Machine and the MSM to get away with their crazy. Who defended the gun onwers outed by MSM? it wasn't the NRA or GOP. Who was about to immediately bow to them or come up with the insane idea of putting a policeman in every school? I hate to sound like a Debbie Downer, but the NRA deserves little or no credit for the opinion of the American people. Bloggers and real conservatives deserves 99% of the credit and deserve to pat themselves on the back. John Lott needs to be nominated for Sainthood for dealing with the Kra, kra.

In the wake of the Sandy Hook school shooting we all knew that an impending gun debate would be a hard fought battle. Just after this week’s hearing on Capitol Hill, a new Forbes study finds that the NRA is winning the influence battle over gun control. In the new study performed by Forbes Insights, an independent and unbiased organization, they found that the “NRA and the pro-gun rights voices are winning the influence battle and will continue to be strong and more influential if the pro gun control voice remains fragmented”.
