In response to:

Endzone Dance: Obama Says Healthcare Still a BFD

Justice Roberts is a disgrace. That was judicial activism. He ruled that Obamacare was unconstitutional as it was passed because Congress didn't have the authority to impose a penalty on Americans under the Commerce Clause. It was then the job of Congress to try to repass the bill with the individual mandate as a tax. What Roberts did was change the individual mandate from a penalty to a tax from the bench. This is insane. If Congress didn't have the authority under the Commerce Clause to penalize Americans for not buying heath insurance then Obamacare is unconstitutional. It's not Roberts job to change it from a penalty to a tax from the bench.

Roberts did however define Obamacare as a tax - and people do understand taxes more than healthcare.
The issue has been boiled down now. Many will come to realize the insidious nature of this beast.

Obama will come to regret this day.

Yeah, I was disappointed as well. However, he threw it back to the people by saying its not up to the SC to protect them from bad laws even though there was cause to throw the entire law out. This decision DID put an end (for a while) to the governments excessive use of the Commerce Clause and it did re-enforce states soverignty, however by saying the government can levy a tax because I dont have my group insurance number on my tax return...I wonder what kind of precedence this will set. Its our fault for electing these morons in the first place. Its our job to put responsible adults into office not idiots.

You should read the first sentence of Article 1, Section 8 of the US Constitution. That was the basis for Robers declaring ObamaScare a tax since the word tax is used numerous times in ObamaScare!

Remember when Vice President Joe Biden called the passage of ObamaCare a BFD (big f'ing deal)? Yesterday, President Obama did the same thing after the Supreme Court ruled the law Constitutional and classified it as a tax. Is BFD Obama's new 2012 campaign slogan?

And yes, Team Obama has already started offering BFD swag in their campaign store.
