Next time you visit your physician ask if he plans to sign up for Obamacare. The drop/add period to get on or off of medicare is every December. Obama plans to force docs who take medicare to take Obamacare. I predict that physicians will be getting off medicare in droves this December just to avoid taking this new plan.

Well said DG in KY. In our business we have very little to deduct! Our mortgage is only 60% deductible and I believe Charlie Rangle plans to take that away. The money we put into our Health Savings account is 100% deductible and I read that the libs want to get rid of HSA accounts too! By the way, we started our HSA account 12 years ago when they first came out and we now have $30,000 tax free dollars in it for our family. That is the way to go. We love it. We can negotiate fees with our docs because we pay up front for our care.

My CPA says this article is dead on. We own a small business. To prepare for Obama taxes we have frozen wages and stopped funding our employees retirement accounts and OURS! We have also informed them that we will have no choice but to lower their wages because we are in a field where we can not raise the price of our service. We now pay $18 an hour but could replace them all for $10 and hour. So you see...raising taxes on the business only hurts the little guy.

St Denis, where are people going. We are looking at the Caymans (NO TAXES AT ALL!!) and also Costa Rico. Where have your friends gone? We have frozen wages in our business and stopped our SEP contributions to OUR retirement and our employees. We are saving up for the taxes to come in 2010. We are also going to lower wages depending on how much OUR wages go down (ie taxed to death) We have also stopped all spending at home, fired our maid, fired our landscaper....you get the picture!!
