Has it ever occurred to you that perhaps the hostility you are perceiving from your colleagues has less to do with your religion than your abrasive and annoying personality? Please consider it. I work in a university and have several Christian colleagues. We get along just fine. Some of them are quite open about their faith, and this has never been a problem. Perhaps the difference between their experience and yours is this: they genuinely want to contribute something positive to the department and learn from their encounters with others, whereas you have a confrontational attitude with everyone from the start, and only want to confirm that you are right and they are wrong.

For a university professor, Mike Adams displays a stunning ignorance of the nature of the concept of postmodernism, its self-acknowledged limitations, the tradition from which it arises, and the debates occurring within its discourse. If you want to learn about postmodernism, read something by Francois Lyotard or Raymond Williams. Or would that be too hard? Certainly it is much easier and immediately gratifying to stockpile guns and rant about shooting people.

Capitalism is the system we have. Our whole infrastructure and all of our institutions are adapted to it. Therefore, if you want to do something to help people, you have to do it within the capitalist framework. That doesn't mean capitalism is the greatest good and an end in itself.
