The problem with this warped philosophy is that it ignores one of the laws of psychology. That is, people and other creatures do things for a reward. So, if you give people money if they aren't working, welfare, for example, you're rewarding them for not working, and they will continue not working. If you give them more money every time they have a child, they'll have more children. People also stop doing things if they are punished for doing it. Thus, if welfare stops if a woman gets married, she won't get married. "The trouble is, you eventually run out of other people's money."
