It was not only the Democrats but also the Republicans that put up constitutionally ineligible candidates in 08. That is why they are silent, discredit the whole eligibility issue and want to marginalize it further. They need to do their fair share of ridicule, distance themselves and promote fear by telling non eligibility minded Republicans and conservatives, that this issue harms their 2010 and 2012 election hopes. The parties are two sides of the same coin in my opinion. Conservatives, Independents, 912er's and Tea party members need to form their own party, at least for 2012, the Republicans will sell them down the river, and they are RINO Progressives. McCain was born in Panama, the Republicans and the Democrats (including BHO)...

When one part of the Constitution is ignored is any part safe? What is really in question here is BHO's Constitutional qualifications, his natural born citizenship as per Article II. To qualify he needs to have been born to 2 American citizen parents on US soil. He already disqualifies due to his dual citizenship, through his Kenyan father, who never immigrated here.
