Atheist Attacks on Christmas

Why are you so angry? Christians, by nature, are loving people...people like you want to fight about everything. As someone said, if a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one, but when one of your left doesn't want a gun, he want to ban all guns. If a conservative doesn't like fattening foods, he doesn't eat it but you libs want to ban the fattening food....why are you so angry? Enjoy the true meaning of Christmas....Peace on earth, good will to men...the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Dean-Christians don't pay taxes?

That's a pretty awful analogy, since we don't want to 'ban Christmas', we just want Christians to obey the law of the land and somehow manage to get through December without having explicitly religious displays on government property. Apparently if a conservative wants to celebrate Christmas, he has to have the taxpayers fund it and government officials endorse it.

Bill O'Reilly asked this question on his Fox News program last week: "Why do I have to be the leader defending Christmas against its attackers?" O'Reilly was criticizing Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee's renaming his state's Christmas tree a "holiday tree."

Good question. It's time for Christians to realize that their religion is under attack, and they had better start fighting to win the war for religious liberty in public opinion, in the courts and in the schools.

The war against Christianity has been waged by the American Civil Liberties Union, the Freedom From Religion Foundation and similar groups....
