When my grandparents and their families moved to Chicago from Scandinavia, Nordics like them were held in high regard as the especially gifted ethnic group. Now me and my family are either the ultimate 'enemy of the people' or thought of as suckers for having refined manners (which we try to hide). We seem to embody all the "sins" of the white race because we are the earth's whitest people. It is a heavy burden since we didn't get the advantages of America's earlier settlers and often are misread or at least thought of as NOT 'one of us' to others who act like we need to be taken down a notch. It feels like I am hated by radical leftists who rule America because of my ultra-white Nordic ethnic looks and natural personality.

My red-haired, green-eyed wife, (named Pat) who bears the map of Ireland in her face and is the epitome of Southern female gentilesse, could tell you PLENTY about her experience as a white teacher in an HBCU.

President Obama seems dead set on his course of divisiveness rather than bringing us together as many hoped electing a "black" president would do. Very sad. The whole liberal establishment both in the democrat and in the republican parties seem to be set on keeping people ignorant. You can be the smartest person in the world but if you are ignorant of reality, you will make stupid decisions.

The man is a muslim operative period he has aligned himself with the libs for a time. His last two years (post 2014) elections are going to be shocking and very well may result in lead flying, mark my words.

I live in a mostly illegal alien Mexican area of California. Pat and I are sisters in our oppression. Northern Europeans have an ancient history (affecting us even now) of equality of genders (different but equal, at all times more evident in our ancestors than others of their time). For whatever reason this essence of gender equality came from Europe and is not something we can compromise on merely to enable racial equality, instead it is our gift to all in a future in which all people accept gender equality and thank us Europeans for it.

And it probbaly wasn't a good one. LOL

Anyone who has followed the decades-long controversies over the role of genes in IQ scores will recognize the names of the two leading advocates of opposite conclusions on that subject-- Professor Arthur R. Jensen of the University of California at Berkeley and Professor James R. Flynn, an American expatriate at the University of Otago in New Zealand.

What is so unusual in the academic world of today is that Professor Flynn's latest book, "Are We Getting Smarter?" is dedicated to Arthur Jensen, whose integrity he praises, even as he opposes his conclusions. That is what scholarship and science are...
