No, what will happen with the Dems when they lose the White House is that they are going to be complaining about even the slightest attempt by a Republican president to do the same. When called on it, the Dems will simply say, "Well what he's doing is not the same thing that Pres. Obama was doing."

The cradle to grave Obama administration is at it again. In a move that bypassed Congress and mostly slipped under the media’s radar yesterday, HHS released a policy directive that in essence, scratches the work requirements right out of the welfare reform law of 1996.
