Isn't the height of presumption astounding with these democrats? These people have trained countless minds to believe that by cutting a rich person's taxes by the same percentage as a middle or lower income person, that is tantamount to giving to the rich and taking from the poor. Now how is that? That's where their presumption comes in. They presume that the money they are allowing the rich person to keep actually belongs to them and not to the person. Any amount above what the government feels entitled to take (in taxes) is considered to be a gift given to the individual. The reason I think the term "Trickle-down" has worked so well over the years is because it fits very well alongside the other words and phrases found in the dictionary of demagoguery.
