Perhaps this is another area where we need to have a Constitutional amendment? We shouldn't need to but with the complete irresponsibility in DC, I don't see another choice. An Amendment making it required for a proposed bill to be posted online for say, 30 days, before it can be voted on. Of course, they don't follow the Constitution now, so they'll probably just ignore it.

Recently, Republican Senator Jeff Sessions sent a letter to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy urging the immigration reform "Gang of Eight" group, which includes both Democrats and Republicans, not to rush important reform legislation through without thorough debate.
