Sorry, but Governor MoonBeam continues to deserve that title. He is mostly responsible for the massive obligations required for public employee unions. He is mostly responsible for the idiotic bullet train to nowhere that is going to cost 3-4 times original estimate and which few will ever ride. He is mostly responsible for people and businesses leaving California in droves. He is mostly responsible for California now having the highest state tax rate in the nation (Many of us are now paying about 52% in combined Federal and State taxes, plus property taxes, sales taxes, various other fees.) Please don't insult us by comparing Jerry Brown with a conservative.

Amen to that. Federal lawsuits and federal judges have taken over the state's prison system. Unelected judges don't have to worry about paying for what they command. Nor need they worry about losing their jobs should they incite the public's wrath. Thus, judges have ordered massive increases in inmate health and mental health spending.
